Privacy notice

Last updated 15 October 2026. This notice covers the cloudivence.com website. Customer data processed by the Cloudivence application is covered by the data processing agreement signed with each customer.

Who is responsible

GenioCT BV, VAT BE 1004.528.733, Belgium, is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@cloudivence.com.

What we collect

When you send the pilot request form: your name, business email, organisation, the description of your Azure environment you choose to give, the topics you tick and your message. We do not collect anything else through the form.

The website sets no cookies. To see which pages are read, it counts visits with Umami, an open source tool that GenioCT runs on its own server in Belgium: for each page view it records the page, the referring site, the browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and country, never your name, email address or IP address, and it stops when your browser asks not to be tracked. To deliver the pages, Amazon CloudFront processes technical request data such as your IP address.

Why, and on what basis

We count visits to understand which pages are useful, without identifying anyone (our legitimate interest, article 6(1)(f)).

We use the form details only to answer your request and to discuss a possible pilot, which are steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)), and to keep a record of that correspondence (our legitimate interest, article 6(1)(f)).

Who receives it

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL hosts the website and delivers the form by email from its Ireland region, as our processor. The email reaches GenioCT's mailbox. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Form requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless they lead to a contract, in which case the contract's retention applies.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use or ask to restrict it, by writing to privacy@cloudivence.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
